Second announcement of the Special Session SS30 – A synoptic view of star formation with the VLTI and JWST, to be held at the European Astronomical Society (EAS) Annual Meeting (29 June – 3 July 2026) at the SwissTech Convention Centre, Lausanne, Switzerland.
The deadline for Abstract submission is March 3, 2026. We welcome contributions from researchers at all career stages and from all backgrounds, including both long-standing members of the VLTI and JWST communities and those who want to engage with these communities for the first time. Important deadlines and dates:
- 3 March 2026: Fee waiver/grant requests
- 3 March 2026: Abstract submission
- 29 March 2026:Volunteering deadline
- Mid-April 2026: Acceptance of abstracts
- 27 April 2026: End of early bird registration
- 30 June 2026: Special Session SS30
