12-month postdoctoral position (renewable) in Adaptive Optics at Laboratoire d'Astrophysique de Marseille, starting between February and April 2026.
The postdoc will be directly involved in the integration, testing, and on-sky commissioning of EKARUS, a new AO R&D platform to be installed at the Copernico 1.82-m Telescope in Italy.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with a cutting-edge AO system and to contribute to its first light in late summer 2026, in collaboration with ONERA, INAF and Durham University.
